In letters to the National Football League, Democratic Sens. • NAACP CONVENTION MAY NOT BE HELD IN CHARM CITY AFTER ALL
Contradicting an email sent out last week by Tessa Hill-Aston, president of the Baltimore NAACP branch, that the civil rights organization’s national board had selected Charm City to host its 2016 convention, the NAACP said in a statement Thursday that its convention planning committee will not make recommendations on a convention site to the board of directors until October.

The body of Dorothy Iris Grubb was found Tuesday in Dundalk after she had gone missing last weekend. On Wednesday, Baltimore County Police charged her boyfriend, Clyde Calvin Campbell, with murder.
